Cancellation Policy

Scheduling Some Open Kitchen Courses can be booked online. Once your session is reserved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details and next steps. Please review your date, time, and service carefully to ensure accuracy. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed safely and encrypted for your protection. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. To respect everyone’s time, please follow these guidelines: Cancellations Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may be charged in full. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance, depending on availability. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session start time cannot be guaranteed. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted us in advance, the session fee will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted future booking privileges. Waitlist Policy If a class or workshop is full, you may join the waitlist. When a space becomes available: You’ll receive an email or text notification. Waitlist invitations are offered in the order received and must be accepted within the timeframe stated in the message (typically 12–24 hours). If you don’t confirm within that window, the space will be offered to the next person on the list. There is no charge to join the waitlist. Payment is only required once your booking is confirmed. Late Arrivals Please arrive or log in on time. Sessions begin promptly to respect all participants. Late arrivals may result in shortened session times. Policy Updates Open Kitchen may update this Booking Policy at any time. Any changes will appear on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
