Edit every drawer, shelf and cabinet, reinvent your refrigerator & freezer and learn the essential equipment you need to make great food and save yourself time, money and headaches.
The Whole(some) Pantry
- our pantries often become a catchall of single use ingredients, expired products and duplicate & withering spices. Organize and edit your pantry, learn to determine quality, shop and store ingredients in bulk and, most importantly, make your pantry the first step in creating meals & developing flavor.

The Whole(some) Plan
- Work with Jason to assess your food system, reorganize your kitchen and pantry and create a weekly meal planning template that supports your goals, abilities and available time. Part coaching, part intuitive cooking, all organized for function and flow.

- If the idea of organizing your kitchen is immediately overwhelming and would rather leave it to the professional, Jason is happy to spend a day working on your kitchen for you. - Throughout history, whole Grains and Legumes have sustained humans more than any other food group. They are a perfect Winter staple, offering richness, depth of flavor and versatility to any meal. This course introduces you to both common and lesser known varieties as well as cost and time saving ways to introduce them into your weekly home cooking repertoire.

Topics may include: Goal setting, basic nutrition, making and managing a food diary, seasonal meal planning, diet and exercise, navigating restaurant menus and navigating nutritional labels, intuitive eating and more!

An Open Kitchen Dinner
BRING THE OPEN KITCHEN EXPERIENCE TO YOU HOME
Gather friends for an evening of inspired Intuitive Cooking. Part demonstration, part conversation, An Open Kitchen Dinner is an opportunity to learn, share and experience the simplicity of Intuitive Cooking. Jason will cook a three-course meal, inspired by the day, and share it and the story and lessons behind Open Kitchen with your guests. The host receives a free Whole(some) Kitchen Course prior to the dinner so guests can see their kitchen in all its function and flow. Due to the unique nature of this offering, An Open Kitchen Dinner has a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 people including the host.
